We took our Russian Imperial Stout ‘Crimea River’ and stuck it in Scottish Whisky barrels for 6 months, along with 20 kilos of sour cherries per 200 litres

The result is an indulgent, strong yet smooth stout, with a tart hit of cherry that cuts through the layers of coffee, chocolate, and whisky.
